Alita believes that “Everyone is a leader, and even if you’re leading yourself, you’re still in a position to understand the importance of leading well.” Leadership is less about stagnant rules that bind a person of authority to one of lesser power—and more about the freedom and growth to learn from mistakes, while still harnessing the calling and wisdom of God to step out front and help people grow in their belief.
